Valve assembly for regulation of two independent water circuits comprises a valve-membrane unit with which a mass flow in the first circuit is regulated and a second valve with a closing element with which the mass flow in the second circuit is regulated. The valve membrane of the first unit acts on the closing element of the second circuit to regulate its flow. The valve-membrane unit (14, 15) is mounted in a region of the valve housing (11) through which the first water circuit passes.
