The harvesting and straw cutting machine has two longitudinal cutter drums (24) side-by-side. The chopped straw moves toward the rear of the machine. There is a rotating output drum (6) with longitudinal vanes (7) at the rear of the machine. The drum is partially surrounded by a swiveling concave guide arrangement (68). There are fixed walls (62) with guide vanes (84) with their axes (88) parallel to the direction of movement of the straw.
