The swiveling hinge arrangement may be used for a door or window pane. It has vertical rails (1) carrying swinging levers (3) with projections (8) at their ends. The projections engage in cutouts (7) in locking members (5) fastened to the lower parts of the rails. There are further cutouts (7') and catches (6) on the locking members.
