The surgical scissors have at least two swing legs which pivot (12) against each other, and with finger ring grips (22,23) at the proximal ends. At least one of the two legs (16,17) has a connecting section (32) as an additional link for the finger rings, with a holding surface (40) pitched away from the scissors leg. The holding surface transits into the outer radial surface (38) of the finger ring, with a curve radius of at least 1 cm.
