The turning coupling drive (1) has a bearing part (16, 19) with connecting element (3), a turning screw-conveyor wheel (2) with another connecting element (4) and a screw conveyor (10) rotated by a drive motor (22). The drive also has a brake (28) engaging with the screw conveyor on one side and supported on the other side by the bearing part or by a part which is or can be connected to it.
