PURPOSE: A rotational signboard attached thereto a window having one face with two expressions is provided to remove the stress of the user with keeping a smile face as well as to give a natural advertisement effect. CONSTITUTION: A rotational signboard attached thereto a window having one face with two expressions includes an attaching plate(10), an advertisement attaching plate(51), a rotational plate(30), a power supply, a battery, a transparent case(50) and a bidirectional attach tape(52). The battery supplies the power to the power supply and the battery is located inside of the power supply. The advertisement attaching plate(51) is attached to the attaching plate(10) by using a bidirectional attaching tape(52). The rotational plate(30) is connected to the insertion rod of the motor to display a single face with two expressions. And, the advertisement attaching plate(51) is placed on the top portion of the transparent case(50).
