APPARATUS FOR TREATING DUST CONTAINED VAPOR GENERATED DURING TRANSPORTATION OF DRIED RAW MATERIAL COAL

PURPOSE: An apparatus for treating dust contained vapor is provided which prevents air pollution and facility damage due to dust contained vapor by effectively treating vapor containing large quantities of dust generated from coal passing through dryer during coal moisture control process of drying a certain amount of moisture of coal. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a frame installed on an upper part of chute(10) between upper and lower conveyors for transporting dried raw material coal (C); a coal breeze treating means(30) installed at the upper side of the frame to treat coal breeze contained in vapor using treatment water; a treatment tank(50) installed in the frame at the lower side of the coal breeze treating means to separately treat coal breeze and treatment water respectively; an agitation means(70) installed between the coal breeze treating means and the treatment tank to smoothly drain precipitated coal breeze on the treatment tank; and a drain means(90) arranged to separately drain coal breeze and treatment water respectively to the lower side of the treatment tank, and wherein the coal breeze treating means comprises latticed mesh(32) and circular nozzle head(34), the treatment tank comprises treatment tank body(52), treatment water outlet and coal breeze outlet, the agitation means comprises rotation shaft(74) and agitation vane(78), and the drain means comprises treatment water drain(92) and precipitated coal breeze drain pipe(94).
