<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner excellent in development stability under various environments, uniform coating property on a developing sleeve, and multi piece durability by having a particle containing a specified composite oxide treated with a silane coupling agent. SOLUTION: In an electrostatic charge image developing toner having a toner particle containing a binder resin and a coloring agent, a particle containing a composite oxide represented by [M]a [Si]b Oc treated with a silane coupling agent. In the formula M represents a metal element selected from the group consisting of Sr, Mg, Zn, Co, Mn and Ce. (a) represents an integer of 1-9, (b) represents an integer of 1-9, and (c) represents an integer of 3-9. As the used composite oxide, [M] in the formula is preferably strontium silicate since the effect can be more effectively exhibited.</p> |
