PURPOSE: A panel rotating apparatus is provided to improve workability by supporting large panel articles in such a manner that the large panel articles are rotatable at an angle of 180 degrees during the welding process. CONSTITUTION: A panel rotating apparatus includes a plurality of clampers, which are installed on a base frame(5) in order to grip panel articles. A pair of post frames(7,9) are installed at a bottom of a working place. A pair of lifting frames(13,15) are movably coupled to the post frames(7,9). The base frame(5) is moved up and down by means of a lifting unit. A pair of rotating units are provided between the lifting unit and the base frame(5). A ball screw(17) is vertically installed in the post frame(7), and a lower end of the ball screw(17) is installed in a gear box(23). The lifting frame(13) is connected to the ball screw(17).
