摘要 PURPOSE: A clamping device for a part feed robot is provided to smoothly feed parts having a small hole without the interference with a welding unit. CONSTITUTION: A clamping device for a part feed robot is composed of an operating cylinder(13) mounted to the end of a robot arm(3) by a connecting block(11), a link block(17) mounted to the end of a rod(15) in the operating cylinder and sliding in the connecting block, a plurality of clampers(25) mounted to the lower part of the connecting block by sliding blocks(21) having a link groove(23), and rotary links(31) coupled to the inside of the connecting block by a hinge. Link grooves(19) are formed along the outer circumference of the link block. The clampers slide inside and outside the connecting block, and clamp/unclamp parts. The rotary links are fit into the link grooves of the link block and the sliding blocks, and transmit operation power to the sliding blocks.
