PURPOSE: A dispenser of a liquid crystal display panel and a dispensing method using the dispenser are provided to improve utilization efficiency of a clean room and enable high-speed dispensing. CONSTITUTION: A dispenser includes a table(410) and a plurality of syringes(401A,401B,401C). A substrate(400) on which a plurality of image display parts(413A,413B,413C,413D,413E,413F) are formed is loaded on the table, fixed to the table, and inverted by the table. The syringes are horizontally moved and dispense a sealant through nozzles(402A,402B,402C) to the edges of the image display parts of the substrate to form seal patterns(416A,416B,416C,416D,416E,416F).
