PURPOSE: A variable mounting device of a stabilizer bar is provided to improve the traveling stability of a vehicle and the NVH(Noise Vibration Harshness) capacity of a steering system by actively varying a mounting structure of stabilizer to operation conditions of the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A variable mounting device of a stabilizer bar(1) is composed of a first ball joint(3) formed at the end of the stabilizer bar; upper and lower variable straight line sliding units(5,7) mounted at both sides about the first ball joint to vary the length to the change of straight line sliding states, respectively; a second ball joint(11) for supporting the upper variable straight line sliding unit to a strut(9); a third ball joint(15) for supporting the lower variable straight line sliding unit to a lower arm(13); a steering angle sensor(17); a vehicle speed sensor(19); a G-sensor(21); and a controller(23) for controlling the upper and lower variable straight line sliding units by receiving signals of the steering angle sensor, the vehicle speed sensor, and the G-sensor.
