A fishing light is provided to maximize temptation effect of fish as well as minimize the consumption of a battery. The fishing light comprises a waterproof housing(1) consisting of first and second housings(1a,1b) and an O-ring(13), a printed circuit board(15) connected with a light emitting diode(LED) and two probes(23a,23b), and a middle plate(25) formed with battery contacts(29a,29b) and a center concave lens. The printed circuit board is structured so as to apply an amplified electric current to one side terminal of the LED, and to oscillate an electric current to be applied to the other side of the LED by a range of 10 to 30kHz.
