PURPOSE: A device for preventing derailing of a wire of a cargo gear drum is provided to prevent derailing and damage of the wire occurring when the wire is wound on the cargo gear drum and to improve operation efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A device for preventing derailing of a wire of the cargo gear drum includes a bracket(8) mounted at a front portion of a drum(100), a supporting rod(3) passing the bracket and having a spring(5) connected to a screw wire(200), a shaft(2) on which a front part of the supporting rod is connected, and a double roller(1) mounted on an outer surface of the shaft. A touch bar(7) is connected to an end of the screw wire of the supporting rod, and a limit switch(6) is mounted on a lower portion of the bracket and in contact with the touch bar.
