PURPOSE: A lubricating oil filter device for a hermetic compressor is provided to prevent damage due to alien substances flowed in together with a lubricating oil. CONSTITUTION: A rotary shaft is rotatively fixed by upper and lower frames fixed at upper and lower parts of a hermetic container for transmitting rotary force generated from an electromotive equipment part to absorb and compress a refrigerant, and then discharge the refrigerant. The rotary shaft includes a lubricating oil feeder(22) supplying a lubricating oil flowed in together with the refrigerant and staying at a bottom of the hermetic container to a friction part of a compressor equipment part through a lubricating oil passage(23). A filter member(100) is combined with a bottom part of the rotary shaft for filtering alien substances mixed with the lubricating oil.
