摘要 PURPOSE: A temperature control system of blast furnace hot stove is provided to stably supply hot blast of high temperature into blast furnace tuyere by renewing a setting dome temperature value of checker chamber according to blowing amount variation and a deviation between set hot blast temperature and actual hot blast temperature. CONSTITUTION: The temperature control system of blast furnace hot stove comprises a blowing amount/dome temperature calculator(70) for calculating dome temperature variation according to variation of set blowing amount; a hot blast temperature deviation calculator(80) for calculating a deviation between hot blast temperature of blast furnace tuyere inlet at the end of blowing step and a preset hot blast temperature value; a hot blast temperature deviation/dome temperature calculator(81) for calculating variation of dome temperature for correcting the hot blast temperature deviation at the end of the blowing step calculated by the hot blast temperature deviation calculator; a dome temperature setter for determining a new dome temperature set value by summing up the dome temperature variation according to blowing amount variation calculated by the blowing amount/dome temperature calculator, the dome temperature variation for correcting the hot blast temperature deviation at the end of the previous blowing step calculated by the hot blast temperature deviation/dome temperature calculator, and a set dome temperature value of the previous combustion-blowing process; and a dome temperature controller(14) for controlling dome temperature by comparing the dome temperature set value set by the dome temperature setter with current dome temperature values, thereby controlling amount of blast furnace gas and coke gas burnt.
