PURPOSE: A device for clamping a hard disk is provided to clamp the hard disk firmly and quickly while restricting the distortion of the hard disk. CONSTITUTION: A rotating part(40) is inserted into a central hole(D1) of the hard disk(D), and is equipped with a boss(41) forming a screw(41a) at a circumferential surface and a seating surface(42) supporting the partial lower surface of the hard disk. A clamping washer(50) is placed on an upper surface of the hard disk by being inserted into the boss of the rotating body. A clamping nut(30) clamps the hard disk between the clamping washer and the seating surface of the rotating part by being joined to the screw of the boss from the top of the clamping washer.
