PURPOSE: A fiber reinforced plastic polymer and its preparation method are provided, to obtain natural design and color on the surface, to reduce a manufacturing cost by using a small amount of dyes and to improve heat resistance. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of injecting a synthetic resin composition(21) comprises 5-7 wt% of a low-contracting agent; 1-2 wt% of a curing agent; 0.5-1 wt% of an internal releasing agent; 15-25 wt% of an inorganic filler; 0.3-0.5 wt% of a transparent dye; and the balance of an unsaturated polyester resin, into a mixer and mixing them with stirring to prepare a thermosetting synthetic resin composition, and storing the composition in a resin soaking bath; collecting one-directional fine glass fiber(11a) in a bundle and soaking it in the resin soaking bath(20) to produce a resin-infiltrated glass fiber body; thermally curing it by passing through a heated mold(50) with continuously supplying the resin-infiltrated glass fiber body along a hollow guide member(30) directing a drawer(60) through a rim between the guide member and the outer circumference of mandrill(52) supported by penetrating the inside of the guide member.
