PURPOSE: An escaping preventing device for a waste collecting box is provided to prevent falling or moving of the waste collecting box, thereby providing convenience. CONSTITUTION: An escape preventing device is composed of a base(110), a fixing pipe(120), a lifting/lowering nut(130), a lifting/lowering pipe(140), a penetrating pin(150) and a coil spring. A fixing protrusion is formed in upper part of the base. The fixing pipe is inserted to the fixing protrusion of the base. The lifting/lowering nut is moved up and down along a bolt groove formed in outer circumference of the fixing pipe.
