PURPOSE: A boring head for a boring machine is provided to form a pair of head blocks to the center of a cut-off portion to replace only the head block engaged with a broken hole. CONSTITUTION: A boring head for a boring machine is composed of a head block(42) having a plurality of holes(41) in series, a plurality of rotational shafts(50) rotatably engaged with the holes of the head block, a gear train(60) connected to the rotational shafts, and a driving motor(70) engaged with the gear train. The head block is spaced apart between the rotational shafts at the center portion. The head block is separated as at least two of head blocks(42a,42b) at the center of a space(44). The gear train is separated as a pair of gear trains(60a,60b) spacing with each other at the center of the space.
