PURPOSE: A spare tire-fixing device of a vehicle is provided to easily perform tire separating and mounting operations by easily mounting a spare tire by inserting a fixing pipe through a hollow part of the spare tire to a hollow unit of a fixing bracket and pushing down a supporting unit of the fixing pipe and by simply separating the spare tire only by pushing down an operating rod installed to the fixing pipe. CONSTITUTION: A spare tire-fixing device for fixing a spare tire in a tire well of a vehicle body is composed of a fixing bracket(100) formed on the bottom of the receiving space and formed with a hollow unit; a fixing pipe(210) of which one end is inserted into the hollow unit of the fixing bracket through a hollow part of the spare tire and the other end includes a supporting unit(211) for supporting downward the upside of a wheel of the spare tire; protruded fixing members(240,241,290) protruded from the inside of the fixing pipe to the outside thereof through an opening unit formed at the side of the end of the fixing pipe; and an operating device for elastically supporting the protruded fixing member from the inside of the fixing pipe and drawing the protruded fixing member inward the fixing pipe.
