I-STEEL COMPOSITE HOLLOW FLOOR PLATE HAVING HORIZONTAL JOINT AND CONNECTION METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A connection method for an I-steel composite hollow floor plate having a horizontal joint is provided to reduce a weight of a floor plate remarkably by reducing a weight of concrete, to apply for maintenance of the floor plate effectively, to construct a slim structure, to shorten a period of work remarkably and to simplify a construction by precasting a product. CONSTITUTION: The connection method for the I-steel composite hollow floor plate having the horizontal joint comprises the steps of: installing a base plate(1) composed of a steel plate to use as a floor form possibly; arranging many I-steels(10) provided with a through hole on the base plate(1) instead of a main reinforcement bar; arranging a hollow pipe(20) through the through hole to cross the I-steel(10); arranging lower distributing bars(21) to the through hole and arranging upper distributing bars(22) on an upper flange of the I-steel(10); forming a steel wire passing hole on the side of a floor plate facing another floor plate and forming a connector anchorage unit on the lower part of the floor plate; constructing the I-steel composite hollow floor plate by placing concrete on the I-steel(10), the hollow pipe(20) and the upper, lower distributing bars(21,22) arranged on the base plate(1) to the appointed thickness; arranging I-steel composite hollow floor plates to be connected with the steel wire passing hole mutually; interposing a tension connector to pass through the steel wire passing hole, then tensioning and anchoring each end to the connector anchorage unit; forming a looped part by projecting the vertical end of the upper distributing bar(22) and the lower distributing bar(21) placed on the upper and lower part of the I-steel(10) to the outside of both floor plates and arranging to be overlapped mutually, arranging a horizontal distributing bar in the overlapped looped part, and forming a joint by placing concrete to the looped part arranged to be overlapped.
