PURPOSE: A spindle motor of an HDD(Hard Disk Drive) is provided to offer an oil leakage preventer preventing oil from flowing out while discharging a gas particle generated when a shaft is rotated in a bearing clearance to the outside. CONSTITUTION: A trust plate(251) forms the bearing clearance at a space with the shaft(250) and supports the shaft to a trust direction by installing to a base(210). A sleeve(230) forms the bearing clearance at the space with an outer diametric surface of the shaft by inserting the shaft into an inner diameter, and supports the shaft to a radial direction when the shaft is rotated. A starter coil(211) is installed to the outside of the sleeve. A hub(270) fixes the shaft, and includes a yoke(271) and a magnet(272) generating electromagnetic force by interacting with the starter coil at a position matched with the starter coil. An oil inlet(260) injects the oil into the bearing clearance by penetrating an inner diametric part from the outer diametric part at one side of the sleeve. The oil leakage preventer(290) prevents the oil from flowing out through the oil inlet when the shaft is rotated, and discharges the gas generated by the evaporation of the oil to the outside. |
