PURPOSE: Provided is a semi-rotary fermenting and drying device which is able to save power and does not have to select foreign matters mixed with garbage. CONSTITUTION: The device is characterized in that fermenting and drying are promoted by shaking a fermenting tank(1) itself right and left(180°) to equally mix wet powders with the garbage and generated moisture is forcedly discharged to a vacuum pump(7) by an electric heater(8) adhered to the side. |
