PURPOSE: A device and method for forming covering materials at once are provided to complete a base material forming as well as a skin material covering at once using a high-pressure injection molding device so as to reduce the manufacturing cost. CONSTITUTION: An injection molding device is composed of an upper mold(10) having a cavity(11), a core(20,20'), and a valve gate(40) through which the melting resin is injected into a molding space. At the upper mold, there is a vacuum absorption unit(13,14) to allow skin materials to absorb onto the inner wall of the cavity. The valve gate includes a nozzle body(41) formed with a runner(43) and a valve pin(45) having a head(46). A gate is formed between the end of the nozzle body and the head of the valve pin to inject the melting resin radially and outwardly. An inclined protrusion(42) and an inclined groove(47) are formed at the end of the nozzle body and the head of the valve pin, respectively. |
