PURPOSE: A fold and dive-type seat connecting device of a vehicle is provided to easily operate a recliner of a seat by preventing a seat cushion from moving together with a seat back in pulling back the seat back. CONSTITUTION: A fold and dive-type seat connecting device of a vehicle is composed of a seat back supporting bar(5) and a recliner combining bar protruded at the sides of a seat back frame and a recliner hinge, respectively; a sliding hole(11) formed at the upper end of a connecting frame(9) for connecting a seat back and a seat cushion and inserted and guided with the seat back supporting bar; a recliner combining groove(13) arranged in the middle of the connecting frame and combined with the recliner combining bar; a cutting groove(15) formed under the sliding hole of the connecting frame in the longitudinal direction of the connecting frame; a control pin(17) embedded in the cutting groove to vertically move and control movements of the seat back supporting bar along the sliding hole and elastically supported by a leaf spring(19) installed under the control pin.
