PURPOSE: A rear seat folding device for a recreational vehicle is provided to easily secure a space for loading long freights by only moving forward a seat back by movably mounting the seat back through a link arm for a seat cushion. CONSTITUTION: A rear seat folding device for a recreational vehicle moves back and forth a rear seat back(3) for a rear seat cushion(1) by connecting the rear seat cushion and the rear seat back through a link arm(5) to rotate with centering on a shaft. The link arm comprises at least two or a plurality of links(15,17) connected through a joint(13) having a hook stopper. A multi-layered folding panel(19) elastically supported by a coil spring is attached to the rear side of the rear seat back to rotate about the shaft. The end of the link is rotatively fixed to the side of the rear seat cushion. A pivot shaft(7) is connected to the end of the link. A hollow reinforcing bracket(11) inserted with the pivot shaft to rectilinearly move is fixed to the rear seat back.
