PURPOSE: A ventilation structure of a clutch for a vehicle is provided to cheaply and simply prevent the overheating of the clutch by forming a ventilating opening to a clutch housing and to prevent water and foreign materials from flowing in through the ventilating opening by mounting a cover to be opened and closed to the ventilating opening. CONSTITUTION: A ventilation structure of a clutch for a vehicle is composed of a clutch housing(66) for forming the exterior appearance of the clutch intermitting the driving force of an engine transmitted to a transmission and including a ventilating opening(66a) at the periphery and an opening and closing device(70) installed to the ventilating opening of the clutch housing to open and close the ventilating opening to the centrifugal force acting on the air in the clutch housing in driving the engine. Six ventilating openings are formed at the periphery of the clutch housing. The opening and closing device comprises a cover(72) installed to the outside of the clutch housing to cover the ventilating opening; a hinge shaft(74) installed to the clutch housing to support one end of the cover to rotate the cover inward and outward the clutch housing; and an elastic member(76) disposed between the cover and the clutch housing to apply elastic force to the cover to open the cover when the centrifugal force over a predetermined value acts on the internal air of the clutch housing.
