PURPOSE: A nonvolatile semiconductor memory device and a nonvolatile semiconductor memory package are provided which suppresses cost increase and comprise a file management system having an interface with higher affinity with many computer systems. CONSTITUTION: A memory device has a memory cell array(25) including a plurality of nonvolatile semiconductor memory cells. A control unit controls the memory device. A network interface accesses to a network. A file management unit is constituted to relationship between manage data files from the network and an address of the memory cell array and is connected to the network interface. And a memory interface(31) is connected to the file management unit and is constituted to convert a signal from the network into a signal which is used in the control unit.
