PURPOSE: A balance control device for a chain hoist is provided to automatically control horizontality of parts applied to the chain hoist of a vehicle body parts-assembling line and loaded on a pallet, and exactly supply the parts to a loading jig of the appropriate process. CONSTITUTION: In a chain hoist, an upper frame(7) is mounted to an upper rail(1) by roller units(5) having a driving motor, and first and second hoist units(13,15) driven by first and second hoist motors(9,11) are disposed to the lower part of the upper frame. A lower frame(21) is connected to the tip of each chain of the first and second hoist units through hooks(23,25) and hook blocks(24,26). Connecting rings are mounted to the sides of the lower part of the lower frame through the chains. A balance control device for the chain hoist comprises plural unbalance-sensing units(33,35,37) vertically installed to one of the hook blocks of the lower frame through a sensor bracket(31); a sensing dog(41) horizontally installed to the other of the hook blocks through a dog bracket(39), to correspond to the unbalance-sensing unit; and a controller(43) calculating a signal input from the unbalance-sensing unit and driving and controlling the first and second hoist motors. |
