PURPOSE: A spare wheel and tire loading device is provided to accurately and continuously input spare wheels and tires and maximize the efficiency of a spare wheel and tire loading process by mounting the spare wheel and tire loading device to the front end of a robot arm and gripping wheel tires supplied by a transfer conveyor to a trunk of a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A spare wheel and tire loading device mounted to the front end of a robot arm(1) to transfer spare wheels and tires(3,2) carried to a spare wheel and tire loading process into a trunk room of a vehicle in an outfitting line of the vehicle is composed of a base frame(5) mounted to the front end of the robot arm through the lower end; a gripper cylinder(7) mounted in the center of the upper lower-section of the base frame; a clamping pin(11) installed to the upper top-section of the base frame to cover the outside of an operating rod(9) of the gripper cylinder, formed with a space unit installed with a stopper(13) at the upside, and inserted into a hub hole(17) of a wheel(3); left and right grippers(19,21) of which each side is hinge-combined to both sides for the stopper in the upper space of the clamping pin, connected to the front end of the operating rod of the gripper cylinder through a slot pin(27) by forming a slot(25) at the lower side; a clamping plate(29) slid along the lower outside of the clamping pin and arranged on the base frame; and left and right clamping cylinders(31,33) mounted to left and right sides of the gripper cylinder at the upper lower-section of the base plate with connecting the upper ends of each operating rod to the clamping plate.
