PURPOSE: Provided is a weight training outfit in which a plurality of weights with a male screw portion and a female screw portion are simultaneously separated or combined to make it easy and fast to control the weight and in which an end of a bar is not projected on the outside of the weight. CONSTITUTION: A barbell(100) comprises a bar(110) with a female screw portion(112) on the inside of both ends; a plurality of additional weights(120); and two fixed weights(130). Each additional weight(120) has a male screw portion(121) in a hole(124) formed in one side and a female screw portion(122) in a supporting projection(123) formed in the other side. The supporting projection(123) bears the weight of the additional weight(120), together with the male screw portion(121); and guides to combine with the additional weight(120) for an easy combination.
