PURPOSE: An apparatus and method for manufacturing a revetment block are provided to manufacture multiple pieces of revetment blocks having vegetation recesses at upper and lower sides in one cycle. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of: supplying a lower plate to the lower surface of a drag mold; inserting a lower vegetation recess forming unit into a lower part of the drag mold; supplying a revetment block material to the drag mold; pressing a cope having an upper vegetation recess forming unit over the drag mold ramming the revetment block material; removing the lower vegetation recess forming unit; and discharging the finished revetment block being positioned on the lower plate from the cope and drag mold. |
