A method and container capable of keeping reduced effect of a solution for a long time using a structure preventing outside air from entering in the container. The container, or a storage container, prevents a reduced solution from being re-oxidized by oxygen in the air and is formed by combining an inner container (4) as a bag for shutting off from outside air by a diaphragm whose shape is freely varied by weight of the solution and outer shell containers (1, 2, 3) for keeping the inner container in a fixed shape. Depending on the scale of protection, different types of the storage container are available, which are a bottle-shaped small container, a portable-type container, and a water storage vessel-type large storage container.
