The invention is used for teaching varies kinds of physical activity and for maintaining a psychophysical condition required for carrying out said method. Said method is carried out during the shooting of a film and/or video item and consists in defining and recording the signal from the main groups of muscles of characters-operators, and other parameters of an organism when necessary, and in synchronising said signals with the images of physical actions related thereto. Afterwards, an action is performed on the muscles of a man-percipient watching said film and/or video items in a manner synchronised with the images of the physical actions of characters-inductors which are selected by said man-percipient or by the trainer learning him. Said action is performed by means of the signal of the main groups of muscles of the selected characters-operators (inductors) using electric and magnetic or other neuro and miostimulators adjusting the intensity thereof according to the requirements of said man-percipient.
