The present invention concerns to pharmaceutical composition for suppressing undesired gene expression and especially expression of genes which are overexpressed in patients suffering from certain diseases like cancer disease. Also the expression of viral genes and correspondingly viral infection can be suppressed using the pharmaceutical composition of the present invention. The pharmaceutical composition contains at least one expression system encoding at least one interfering RNA and nuclease inhibitor.
