<p>The invention discloses a method for transparently transmitting the management information of multi-manufacturer optical synchronous digital hierarchy devices, which defines a set of spare overhead bytes in the frame structure of synchronous transmission module to transfer management information of the other manufacturers, extracts the management information in each node of the transmission network, converts it into a uniform format, determines the transmission direction of the management information of each manufacture by time slot crossing, and inserts the management information of each manufacture into the frame structure of a specified line, the frame structure transfers the management information of each manufacture to the other nodes respectively, the other modes continue to transfer the information in the same way until the management information of the other manufactures is transferred to specified locations respectively. The invention can transparently transmit SDH device management information of the other manufacturers on the SDH device of one manufacturer, and the implementation if simple and reliable.</p> |
