A coreless AC linear motor generating a thrust such that a mover can move relatively to a stator along the moving axis (X), and comprising parallel arrays (81, 82, ..., 8n, 91, 92, ..., 9n) of permanent magnets arranged, at a specified magnet pitch (P), along the moving axis in order to form a magnetic gap (10), an array of coreless coils (1) each having a through hole (2), a plurality of cooling tubes (51, 52, ..., 5n) arranged in the magnetic gap and passing through a through holes in the coreless coils, and manifolds (6, 7) having a length (B) equal to the magnet pitch in the direction of the moving axis and coupled with the cooling tubes in order to distribute refrigerant.
