There is provided a frame assembly for a foldable cycle (110) comprising a rear frame portion (120) including a mounting (122) for a rear wheel (123); a forward frame portion (130), hingedly connecting to the rear frame portion (120) such that the two are foldable towards each other; and hingedly connecting to the forward frame portion (130), a pivot assembly (132) for a mounting arm (140) including a mounting (142) for a forward wheel (144). On folding of the cycle (110), hinged movement of the pivot assembly (132) relative to the forward frame portion (130) moves the mounting arm (140) to move the forward wheel mounting (142) relative to the forward frame portion (130). The rear frame portion (120) and pivot assembly (132) are coupled suc h that folding of the frame portions (120, 130) towards each other results in the distance between the forward frame portion (130) and forward wheel mounting (142) extending relative to each other.
