The motor has an external rotor (3) comprising of number of poles as per required speed and torque. The rotor comprises a mobile magnetic circuit to transmit the torque directly by a fixed mechanism on the rotor. An integrated sensor is positioned on the rotor to detect angular position of the rotor, and an external surface (11) of the rotor forms a profile for a drive pulley. An Independent claim is also included for a process to control the movement of a door or similar mobile device.
