PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a confocal microscopic system capable of bringing about equal optical correspondence relation in all of the light receiving and emitting elements of a two-dimensional array and appropriately realizing a super parallel optical device. SOLUTION: The confocal microscopic system using a light source array 11 and a light receiving element array 17 having spatial super parallelism is equipped with an optical system where a light emitting surface 11 and a light receiving surface 17 have equal image forming relation and which is constituted of a collimating lens 12 and an image forming lens 16.
