PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize a conventional straight lift-up type wing gate into an electronically driven one by only adding this device under the invention, solving a problem of difficulty in motorization and automation because of its structural reason even though such a gate is reasonable for making full use of the depth of a parking lot for bigger vehicles, and furthermore to manufacture a simple gate without a rotataing arm nor a fulcrum when the strucure in the operation example 2 is employed from the beginning. SOLUTION: An endless rope whose outward pathway and return pathway are closely wired, and both sides of a gate panel are connected to be pulled up and down by adding a laterally balanced and synchronized force. A problem that a track of a connecting point of the lower end of the gate panel and the rope sways out of a straight line is solved to follow smoothly with a help of the specific property of the rope and a function of a tensioner.
