PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body skeleton construction in a slide door vehicle in which a strength of a door frame having a larger opening area in a center pillar-less vehicle is increased to prevent its deformation. SOLUTION: This center pillar-less slide door vehicle is constructed such that it has a riding-on or riding-off step 1 forming a door frame by a front pillar 2, a roof side rail 3 and a rear pillar 4, and the roof side rail 3 is provided with a slide door rail 5 having a door opening or closing guide groove 6. A sectional area of the roof side rail 3 near the slide door rail 5 is extended inside the vehicle and then a strength incrementing part 7 bulged toward the slide door rail 5 is formed.
