PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transportation and processing method and a transportation and processing sheet for soil, especially for a soil containing liquid contaminants. SOLUTION: In this transporting and processing method and this transporting and processing sheet for soil, the transporting and processing sheet for soil composed of a sheet main body formed by joining a water proofing layer and a water permeable layer is spread on the deck of a vehicle in such a manner that the water permeable layer gets into contact with an upper surface of the deck of the vehicle, soil is loaded on the sheet and is wrapped by lifting each side of the sheet. The sheet is unwrapped and one side of the sheet is hung down. The loaded soil is dropped to an outside of the deck of the vehicle by lifting another side opposite to the one side.
