PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent harmful light reflected by an internal wall of a dark box from reaching a photographic film. SOLUTION: A lens-with film unit 2 comprises a unit body 11, a front cover 12, and a rear cover 13. The unit body 11 comprises a unit body frame 21 and an exposure unit 22. The unit body frame 21 forms an aperture 19. A photographic film 17 is arranged at the aperture 19. The unit body frame 21 has a front light shielding frame 23 and a rear light shielding frame 24 formed in one body. The front light shielding frame 23 is provided with a light shielding rib 23a and a light shielding wall 23b on its upper surface and lower surface. The light shielding rib 23a shields an incident light beam (two-dot broken line in the figure) outside a photographic angle of view A. Reflected luminous flux LA which is reflected by a lower internal wall of the dark box 25 and within a range of incident light beams L1 to L2 outside the photographic angle of view A is shielded by the light shielding wall 23b and never reaches the photographic film 17.
