The invention relates to a filter module, whose casing unit comprises a media-tight sleeve (30, 30)' and two retaining rings (32, 34, 34)', the sleeve (30, 30)' being fixed to the retaining rings (32, 34, 34') in a media-tight manner and each retaining ring (32, 34, 34') being mounted on an adapter (24, 26, 26'). The sleeve (30, 30') consists of a flexible and/or elastic material. Said sleeve prevents a contamination of the filter housing. The invention also relates to an installation kit for installing at least one filter module of this type in a filter housing and to a filter device.
