PULVERIZED COAL INJECTION LANCE CAPABLE OF ROTATION AND FORWARD AND BACKWARD MOVEMENTS DURING OPERATION

PURPOSE: A pulverized coal injection lance capable of rotation and forward and backward movements during operation is provided to prevent damage of tuyere and stabilize circumstances of blast furnace by enabling centering of deformed tip of the lance, length adjusting of worn lance and controlling the pulverized coal injection state. CONSTITUTION: In a pulverized coal injection lance installed in blow pipe of blast furnace, the pulverized coal injection lance(100) comprises an inner holder(120) one side of which is fixed to setting flange(120-2) connected to lance fixing flange(20-1) of the blow pipe to fix the pulverized coal injection lance so that the inner holder guides smooth rotation and back and forth movements of the injection lance, and which is integrally equipped with handle(120-1); an outer holder(110) which is attached to a part of the other side of the inner holder through a joint part(121) of corresponding screw part and integrally equipped with handle(110-1); and a sealing packing(111) installed inside the outer holder to prevent leakage of blast, wherein the handle(110-1) attached to the outer holder is rotated to release the injection lance so that the injection lance is moved, and the injection lance is rotated or moved forward through the handle(120-1) of the inner holder.
