PURPOSE: A computer storage medium, a computer system, a system for generating media, and a system for fabricating media are provided to edit a raw content into chapters with a menu for permitting a quick access to a chapter, and to generate completed multimedia titles having various formats, consequently the completed titles can be pre-mastered and locally copied or transmitted for mass production. CONSTITUTION: A separated audio track and a video track are preserved in a storage device of a system(204). For remote chaptering, the audio and video tracks are burned on other media or DVD(208). The system synchronizes and reproduces the separated tracks(212). A menu is created by using a menu generation subsystem(206,210,216). A user accesses a forming subsystem, and a file is produced(218). A video object file is preserved on a disk(220). A disk image file is generated by using a pre-mastering subsystem(222), and the disk image file is preserved(224). The image file is transmitted to a copy machine to generate a completed DVD(226). The user burns a DVDR(232) by using the system(228).
