SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compounds of the formula (I) as analogs of vitamin D wherein R represents (C1-C6)-alkyl or (C7-C9)-aralkyl optionally substituted with one or more groups taken among (C1-C3)-alkyl, fluorine atom and phenyl; n means a whole number 0, 1 or 2; X represents hydroxyl or halogen atom and also any possible diastereoisomers of the formula (I) or their mixture. Compounds of the formula (I) elicit strong activity in induction of differentiation and inhibition of unfavorable proliferation of skin and cancer cells and in immunomodulation and anti-inflammatory effects.
