<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing holder capable of securing excellent lubricating property and effectively restricting an increase in rotation resistance of a bearing and a temperature rise. <P>SOLUTION: Inner wall surfaces 31 and 32 in the circumferential direction of a pocket 3 are formed with a plurality of recessed grooves 4 from the inner periphery to the outer periphery along the axial direction with the predetermined space.
